SolidarityNow & ΚΕΘΕΑ Ήπειρος
Συνεργασία του ΚΕΘΕΑ Ήπειρος με το SolidarityNow για την υλοποίηση δράσεων πρόληψης και διαχείρισης καταστάσεων σχετικών με τη χρήση ουσιών και εξαρτητικών συμπεριφορών σε δομές φιλοξενίας ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων.

Η δράση αφορούσε σε δύο είδη παρεμβάσεων, καθώς απευθύνθηκε τόσο στο προσωπικό όσο και στους ωφελούμενους των δομών φιλοξενίας ασυνόδευτων παιδιών του SolidarityNow, στη Βόρεια Ελλάδα.
Πιο συγκεκριμένα, σε πρώτη φάση πραγματοποιήθηκαν συναντήσεις με το προσωπικό των δομών φιλοξενίας του Περάματος και της Κόνιτσας, όπου υπήρξε ενημέρωση- ευαισθητοποίηση για θέματα εξάρτησης και τρόπους διαχείρισης καταστάσεων κατάχρησης ουσιών ή εκδήλωσης εξαρτητικών συμπεριφορών (διαδίκτυο, gaming, τυχερά παιχνίδια). Στη δομή φιλοξενίας ασυνόδευτων παιδιών του SolidarityNow στο Βελβεντό Κοζάνης, η δράση υλοποιήθηκε σε συνεργασία με το ΚΕΘΕΑ Δυτικής Μακεδονίας.
Στη συνέχεια, πραγματοποιήθηκαν δράσεις δευτερογενούς πρόληψης στους χώρους φιλοξενίας ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων του SolidarityNow, οι οποίες απευθύνονταν στους έφηβους ωφελούμενους.
Αναλυτικότερα, κατά τη διάρκεια της παρέμβασης υπήρξε ενημέρωση σχετικά με τις υπηρεσίες του ΚΕΘΕΑ για θέματα εξάρτησης, μέσω της χρήσης ενημερωτικού υλικού και προβολής video. Επίσης, συζητήθηκαν ζητήματα και δυσκολίες που αντιμετωπίζουν οι έφηβοι, καθώς και προβληματισμοί γύρω από την κατάχρηση ουσιών και τις εξαρτητικές συμπεριφορές.
Τέλος, δόθηκε έμφαση στην ενδυνάμωση της ταυτότητας και των ατομικών δεξιοτήτων, μέσω της παρότρυνσης για θέσπιση στόχων και την ανάπτυξη υγιών τρόπων διαχείρισης δυσκολιών.
*Το SolidarityΝow παρέχει υπηρεσίες φροντίδας και υποστήριξης σε 175 ασυνόδευτα παιδιά, σε τρεις προσωρινούς χώρους φιλοξενίας στη βόρεια Ελλάδα, στους νομούς Κοζάνης και Ιωαννίνων. Η επείγουσα παρέμβαση υλοποιείται υπό το γενικό συντονισμό της Ειδικής Γραμματείας Προστασίας Ασυνόδευτων Ανηλίκων, τη συνεργασία του Διεθνούς Οργανισμού Μετανάστευσης (IOM Greece) και την υποστήριξη της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής.

SolidarityNow & KETHEA Epirus
Collaboration of KETHEA Epirus with SolidarityNow for the implementation of actions for the prevention and management of situations related to substance use and addictive behaviors in accommodation structures for unaccompanied minors.

The action concerned two types of interventions, as it was addressed to both the staff and the beneficiaries of the SolidarityNow’s accommodation structures.
Firstly, meetings were held with the staff of the accommodation places of Perama and Konitsa, where there was information-awareness on addiction issues and ways to cope with situations of substance abuse or addiction (internet, gaming, gambling). In the structure of Velventos, the action was implemented in collaboration with KETHEA of Western Macedonia.
Afterwards, secondary prevention actions were carried out in the accommodation areas of unaccompanied children of SolidarityNow, which were addressed to the adolescent beneficiaries.
More specifically, during the intervention, there was information about the services of KETHEA and about addiction issues, through the use of information material and video projection. Issues and difficulties faced by adolescents were also discussed, as well as concerns about substance abuse and addictive behaviors.
In conclusion, emphasis was placed on strengthening identity and individual skills, through the encouragement to set goals and the development of effective ways of managing difficulties.
*SolidarityNow provides care and support services to 175 unaccompanied children, in three temporary accommodation facilities in northern Greece, in the prefectures of Kozani and Ioannina. This emergency intervention is implemented under the general coordination of the Special Secretariat for the Protection of Unaccompanied Minors, the cooperation of the International Organization for Migration (IOM Greece) and the support of the European Commission.
